it would sometimes bother me why they would even ask why they(operations//technicians-them!) got marked down when it's blatantly stated on their monitor's report . i seriously would give an A+ rating if i felt that a call is A+ wonderful and worthy. puh-lease. prompt me to throw a PMS fit.
just becuz i don't talk tech doesn't mean i cannot audit tech. (alien language for-nairits ko. lami mambarang.)
it's always been told that this client is marvelously fickle.
ang ayoko lang kse papasok ka sa work ng ma-aga not wanting to be bothered cuz you are checking mails and composing yer thoughts tas people would burst yer privacy bubble. wala pako naka auto in oi. my getting paid starts at 11pm. am not keen on community service.
