friday:dinner with gelo and family at imay's.. went out with the training class.. had drinks at nutty g and mo2.
saturday:groceries. ampucha, rice is 44php a kilo! naunsa na pinas?
sunday: home. laundry.being oc.
monday: lunch out with gelo at pizza hut- ihatethatplace! bidli kaau ila pizza. sobrang tarantula(taranta) shift with my class. they took calls. am proud of them even if some things are a mess.
tuesday shift: better calls for my agents. i won't listen to chismis talaga. i know my own class and know how they feel about me and how i teach.
**it's just sad that some people are stupid. like some people in this city. puno lang provincial garbages. kawawa naman.

ReplyDeletesomeone told me na daghan daw reklamo trainees ko about the way i discuss the product. i know how my trainees are and how they react.i do temperature check and make bawi if ever certain lessons are murky, i clarify.
ReplyDeletemurag odd how some trainers would react like: raen is not that smart. mayo pa ang amo client pirmi ko sultian, try sounding more confident and raen, i like your dress. :)see? pinoys are too crabby gyuds.
mao toh sus, people who listen to chismis and gets affected by it kay low-sers.

yeah, that's right raen. back in PS, i never gave a damn when i was called a bitch. to hell with them. i did my job and i did a hell lot of it. don't ever listen to tsismis. much more dwell. :)
ReplyDeleteproject an air of quiet confidence. don't be overeager and mean business. crack jokes but always set expectations like "for billing, we have 4 hours to do the following: get to know it, how it works and after, we'll work on actual scenarios using the tool. the modules is divided into 4 parts and i will discuss each thoroughly. after each module, that's when i'll entertain questions." para dili sila magsige interrupt nimo. uban man gud, they ask questions not to know the answer but to test you so you have to project an i-do-not-and-will-never-will-take-crap-from-you mentality.

ReplyDeletemare sakto gyud ka. i'm soooo disoriented the past month,with training and moving apartments.daghan kaau transitioning to do mao toh samok kaau and it shows during class na galabad ako ulo. pero bitaw, bahala sila. they can send feedback man gyud if ever they felt kulang ako effort sa class. but,i think ako wave understood what i was going thru pero some ppl lang gyud who aren't fr my class makes issues about me. provincial garbages gyud.
