today and yesterday was quite lovely.

the be ep and i saw resident evil yesterday and at the end of the day realized that we turned 30 days into the relationship. the first month is always a milestone. (:

today was more wonderful. kenji and i finished the roll of expired film from the toy cam that j gave me. and then the rest of the afternoon j and i ran some errands.

we had cansi for lunch at this old cansi place, the boyf told me that when he was younger and his daddy was alive they'd eat there. cheap lunch and quick service, however they would not give extra marrow.

and then we walked to hua kong. we got packets and packets of red kiamoy, jelly beans, dates, chili squid. funnnnnnnnnnnnnn. we were so chinatown!

then went to robinson's for mint and cappuccino gelatto, and j bought some chinos bossini and giordano both on sale- again chinese.

next stop was toiletries shopping- i love px goods. got me drug store brands, loreal anti-frizz/ citre shine serum/calgon peach spritz and lotion/ this vanilla conditioner from st yves and cleanser of the same brand- i kinda broke the bank but i'm happy i did not use my plastic- speaking of which, i am going to close it!

lastly we went to sorento for burgers and got us hoodies from roxy and quicksilver. i got a tank from billabong and j got this fred perry shirt. i love haggling with those who sell new imported stuff.

end of the day, i'm just happy that it's easy to influence the boyf to wear pique polo and weekend khakis. yey!

kenji turns 4

september 19-20

keken’s 4th birthday in iloilo in a nutshell:

sunday, september 19

oceanjet to iloilo at around 7:30am

checked in at the mo2 hotel around 9am however, we had to wait til 12noon so we went to sm

we’re all thrilled that their mall there had tons of stores as compared to bcd and that they’re on sale

i got a pair of levi’s flipflops and got jj his birthday gift (:

lunch at kenny roger’s

we had to go pretzels from auntie anne’s, my fave! i wish we bought churros from dulcinea too

went swimming at el dorado cuz we got the chalet room of mo2

bought to go pizza from olio’s

slept the rest of the afternoon

baby-sat kenji for about an hour while dich and the bil bought dinner: chimichanga/ burritos

walked around smallville and had coffee, mousse, and mint tea at coffee break

september 20, monday

the bil had to leave for his davao flight, quite sad but dich and him had a plan to take pa in next year- this materialized God’s promise and faithfulness to keep my family together- hope this will ensue

buffet breakfast at the iloilo business hotel

swimming again

checked out and sm again - lunch was jollibee- who would keep the bee out of the itinerary?

got me a leather sturdy case for my phone and dich bought this leather kawaii wrist straps for us

we had cotton candies and had fish spa- gosh, we were tickled scared

trip home was delayed, wanted to cuss the whole time hay

food, looking around, staying in, and a bit of shopping- iloilo was lovely altogether. ♥

suffice to say, kenji had a happy birthday ü
