and ang construction season kay? hehehehehe. it's negative 5 degree celsius here too. pero talbogan ko sila kay mag skirt ko wala'y tights. blergh kaau sila. hahahahaha.
warm na na nga temp. today here the high was only -13. haha...this morning it was -26. i can't go out wearing just a skirt without tights. haha
construction kay if its not winter, they'd be repairing the roads. haha..
