hay naku, raen. ka-relate kaayo ko ani. in my case nga lang, i would never mind the aht as long as super nice ang caller. ako pa gani mangita ug ways nga ma service-an pa jud nako ang customer. nya at the same time nangyawat lang pud ug kudos. haaay! ang call center life nga naman! ;o)
