place to be for work? In other words, what makes Western Wats special (or better than other call centers)?

you can tend to yer own business, we don't work with teams, they're not particular with metrics or stats, unlimited pee breaks, smoke breaks, water breaks, free lunches =) we don't start dialling on time, we change sups every day, choose where you'd like to be seated too

4) Can you think of any reason for leaving/resigning
from WATS? Please enumerate.
if i can no longer speak because of laryngitis or cancer of the throat, when some ppl would irk me to the max and i'd end up throwing the biggest ju-on bitch fit, when the last employee assessment does not work out in my favor, meaning termination or end of contract, and when i cud find, God-willingly, a grown-up job!

5) Do you have any plans of resigning from WATS?
For what reason(s)?
if i'd be a banker, a convicted murderer, Paris Hilton's personal shopper, or some british rocker kids' nanny

6) How long should you go on a CR Break? What's
the average number of times you go?
3-4 minutes on a regular shift and about 6 times a day, bwahaha, panghimulos juds kay wala'y 15 minute break

7) How long should you go on a Smoke Break?
What's the average number of times you go?
this break i don't use, dyahe eh, the oven where ppl smokes is usually cramped/jammed wit the draguns and ata =)


8) How long should you go on a Water Break?
What's the average number of times you go?
like 4 minutes the longest, ma-ikug pod ko magdugay, pag naiinip na at inaantok, i'd stay longer, average times would be 2

4, sigherts, hindi kse, anlayo and the shift is a pain and at times the ma-issue na sup is a bone to pick on, and the nature of the work itself, kahit dika takot mag-dial, maxadong mahirap maghanap ng respondent

sa first cut off i am, pays well, makaya, and yet, 2nd pay day, sobrang meager cuz we are taxed during this time, dili mabangbang ang ma-take home

extension, masaya! nakakalimutang may agent nga minsan ;0 pero the extension's the best place to be <3

Cebu 1 or Cebu 2?
cebu 2 ata mi ginapa-dial, wajud ko lavut actually, i tend to my own issues, like my pinaka-recent na social blunder and not worry where am to dial, pede ko anywhere except oregon extension, cuz it's waaay cold there

7:30 breakfast or 9/11 option? Half-day option or not?
the 9/11 cuz maka-leave/ log out early, am sooo taking the half day option if pede

Smoking or non-smoking?
non-smoking pag nasa WATS, dyahe magsmoke, it's okits if ppl don't see me do that, ai uy basta ang gulo

i could not care less

headset, unsa baliw, kefoy kaha ang handset, try using it for like 6 hours, mangangatog ka
