yikes.

i still don't like my class. most of them are demanding and do not have manners. when they call your attention they'd say, "what was that?!!!" or they'd use their hands to beckon you towards them. grovers.

awon nako if they don't change after i issue IRs for their tardiness and browsing non-business related sites. ;)

hehe. even adults can learn a thing or two about manners.
one trainee came up to me with a suggestion that i give out the airport codes earlier this way they can study ahead of time, and i was like, don't i give them out 30 minutes before you guys leave class? you have your copies with you.

tas another one came to my table and opened my book to show me what page she's having trouble with. mejo atribs.

but, then it's woooooooooosah. ;)

last night we had dinner at 21, just me and gelo.

  5. just always dress in really expensive clothes, always be fragrant and speak english like you've been speaking it at home and in school since you were small. first impressions always last. at first look, if they see you as someone they can't mess around with because you've been doing it for so fucking long, then they'll be more careful. always be professional, be nice and be confident. when a trainee is late or is browsing non-work related sites and basically breaking rules, i just very sternly tell them, 'if you want to keep doing that, you can leave. we talked about these rules and didn't you sign the training code of conduct? all i ask is for you to act like adults so you can be treated like adults. one word is enough for a wise man. so i hope this is the first and last time you do that. do we understand each other?' always do your job with integrity. be early and do not eat with them. be friendly but not friends. :)
