ReplyDeletedi bitaw mare. im back to my diet. no pork, no beef, no rice, no sweets. no softdrinks. twice a wk lang mag rice (once a day) and fish lang dapat or pure veggies. tapos all i eat is: oats, oats, oats, oats and 1 can century tuna and 6pcs skyflakes for the day. bwahahaha.
