good thing you were able to find a proxy.. samin almost all proxies are blocked.. if the proxy website has the word "proxy" .. blocked dayon the one i'm using now.. it's the only one working..
try this: download mozilla/ firefox/safari browser either of these will work. google proxy servers: kanang ip with ports tas etry copy paste sa either of them browsers sa security settings. hope i made sense. haha.

our security is too strong..
even gmail is blocked..
only yahoo mail pwede..
