and monitored the most painful call there is. kibaw ko i once slept while obtaining a visa card number, i got reprimanded and was written up. pero wat can be more pathetic than saying the second greetings line item and yawning?!!!!! tas not knowing where to saksak that stupid phone jack?! i know i do not know where to pansak it...nonetheless i'd ask for a floor walker's help. diba there's no such thing as a stupid question?
